Mainly uploaded to fix a little soft lock I found, nothing too major.
- Shotgunners now won't fire until player is at their level
- Floating bombs now only explode after getting shot or making contact with player
- Fixed possible crash in sewers trash compactor room
- Fixed possible soft lock in sewers that made them seem endless
- Rebalanced Zoomies gun
- Fixed Charge Beam not being able to aim straight while charging
- Fixed soft lock in tutorial
