4/04/22 Patch 0.1.7

Friends! Here's another little patch. I've also decided to change the naming scheme to include a zero at the beginning since this is still not totally finished technically.

4/04/22 - Fixed reloading after death bug that messed with the room order

4/04/22 - Fixed gun pickups to only be guns the player does not have (needs more testing)

4/04/22 - Added dead tanks to the tank load rooms

4/04/22 - Lava can now hurt enemies
